Our client's front retaining wall failure, burdened by the weight of earth and water. The original structure, designed to support 2.3m of earth, lacking proper engineering and reinforcements.
But with our expertise and dedication to craftsmanship, we turned this challenge into an opportunity for transformation.
Through meticulous planning and precision, we replaced the original wall with an engineered reinforced concrete block retaining wall. This not only provided unquestionable stability but also expanded the usable space, featuring a charming raised garden bed and stairs seamlessly integrated into the design.
We redesign the steep driveway and widening it, improving access and enhanced the overall aesthetics of the property.
To complement the elegance of the home, we finished the retaining wall, stairs, footpath, and letterbox with exquisite sandstone from Gosford Quarries, adding a touch of timeless beauty into every detail.
